No. Your FortiGate is registered over its existing internet connection via REST API or SSH; the process is completed remotely. No extra hardware is installed.

Models running current FortiOS with REST API v2 or SSH access are supported. If you are unsure, mention it in the quote wizard and we will confirm together.

We plan the migration together; new records start being written to the signed archive from the day you go live. Migrating your older records is assessed separately.

Yes. Logo, colours and welcome copy are fully yours, and the privacy notice is served on the same page. Multi-branch setups can carry per-branch branding.

Records are held on our servers in Türkiye. Every record line is sealed with an HMAC, the daily archive is signed with a qualified Kamu SM timestamp, and archives are never deleted. If your organisation prefers data not to leave its premises, the platform can be installed on your own server.

The last month of records is searchable directly in the panel. Older periods are downloaded from the signed daily archive files and reported after their integrity is verified.

Yes. The law does not require the service to be paid; any business offering internet for mass use is in scope. See our Law 5651 Guide for details.

Keeping a record is not enough — you must prove it was never altered. Daily archives are hash-chained and sealed with qualified Kamu SM timestamps, giving third-party verifiable integrity.

Yes. An on-premise package is available; the system runs on your own server and the licence is verified from a signed file with no outbound connection. A whitelabel option is also available for partners who want to offer it under their own brand.

We work with annual contracts; device count can be increased during the term.
