1. Data controller

This notice is provided by Unna Bilişim San. Tic. A.Ş. as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Article 10.

2. Personal data processed

If you submit the quote form, we process:

  • Identity: your name
  • Contact: e-mail address and/or phone number
  • Customer transaction: company name, device count range, services and package of interest
  • Security: submission timestamp and IP address

No personal data is collected unless you submit the form. This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to prepare a quote and respond to your enquiry, on the basis of Article 5/2-(c) KVKK (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), additionally confirmed by the explicit consent you give when submitting the form. Security data (IP, timestamp) is retained under the legitimate interest basis of Article 5/2-(f) to prevent abuse.

4. Transfers

Your enquiry is passed to the sales team within Unna Bilişim San. Tic. A.Ş.. Your data is not transferred abroad and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Retention

Quote requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months from receipt and deleted thereafter. If your enquiry results in a contract, the retention period of that contractual relationship applies.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you may learn whether your personal data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction where the legal conditions are met, object to results derived solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.

7. About logging within the service

This notice covers this marketing website only. For internet access logs kept under Law No. 5651 by organisations using Unna Controller, the data controller is the customer organisation itself; Unna Bilişim San. Tic. A.Ş. acts as data processor for those records.
